General Information

All Items are Subject to Prior Sale
We do many cash and carry shows per year most items are presented for sale at local venues. If you have purchased an item on this site and the checkout procedure tells you that you have bought it, it should be yours. HOWEVER, these are each one of kind items and if it is already sold at a show, there is no way we can deliver it to you. Show inventory sales are updated daily and prior sales are rare, but they can occur.  Please check our show schedule to visit us in person. 

Items are photographed as clearly and accurately as possible for color, design and detail. Because of the challenges of the photography, we do have a return policy for the web site. Please refer to that section for more information. If the images on the screen looked elongated or "stretched", you are probably using a wide screen monitor. Turn off the wide screen feature and the images will appear correctly. 

Due to Covid 19, earrings and necklaces are not returnable.  Pendants can be cleaned and are the only item at this time that can be returned. If you are not happy with a purchase you made from  our web site, contact us with in 7 days to arrange a return.  Items must be received back to us within 30 days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.   We will credit back the purchase price for any item that is returned in the same condition that it left here items returned altered or damaged will not be refunded

Shipping/Insurance will not be refunded.

We are shipping from California, USA via flat-rate, first class mail, priority, or express mail.

Once the package leaves here, We can not maintain responsibility for it and will only issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in the same condition that it left here. You may purchase insurance at checkout or please contact us with questions. 

Shipping Outside the United States 
Please familiarize yourself with your country’s custom regulations. All items shipped out of the United States are subject to customs inspection in the country they are being shipped to.  We can not be responsible if your item does not pass through customs. We will only issue a refund if the merchandise is returned to us. Assessment of duties, taxes (including VAT), and administrative fees (covering the costs of clearing the item through customs) is done in accordance with that country’s laws. Customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees are collected from the recipient. These fees are not included in any prices we quote or any payments remitted to us. All prices quoted by us are in US dollars.

At this time we are only shipping outside the United States to Canada, and the United Kingdom.  We can not ship to Mexico, South America, and Africa.

Items delivered to a California address incur CA state sales tax.
